We've developed and organized this site to help you get information about our purpose, meetings, downloadable forms and requirements for funding requests, and specifically how The LCCSF assists with support to children and families in need throughout Lafayette County. We welcome your questions and input.

On April 5th, 2005, the citizens of Lafayette County passed a one-eighth of a cent sales tax measure, which created a Children's Services Fund for children and youth nineteen years of age or less in Lafayette County. The fund is created pursuant to RSMo ss67.1775 and RSMo ss210.861. The funds are awarded to local agencies that provide services and fulfill unmet needs of qualifying children in Lafayette County, Missouri. Our mission is to provide quality, comprehensive training and services to protect the well-being and safety of children and youth 19 years of age or less and to strengthen families in Lafayette County.
Next Meeting
The next LCCSF meeting will be held at 7 PM, January 19, 2021 at Lafayette County Health Dept. basement, Lexington, MO 64067.
Legal Information
This fund is established by Missouri Revised Statutes Chapter 210, Section 210.861 and Missouri Revised Statutes Chapter 67. Section 76.1775. The question passed on the Lafayette County April 2005 Ballot.
